fish ambulthiyal
Ingredients
- 1KG Fish
- 150g Ambulthiyal Curry Paste "InnduSri"
- Curry Leaves & Cinnamon Quills
- Water & Salt as required
- Arrange 1Kg of Fish (Ideal Tune fish fillets) quantity and cut into medium size pieces.
- Wash and clean the fish pieces. Open the “InnduSri” Ambul Thiyal Mixer and mix well (150g for
1Kg of Fish) and let mixer coat all over the fish fillets. - Take a deep pan (Ideal to use “InnduSri” Clay Pot). Keep some “InnduSri” Curry leaves and
Cinnamon quills to the bottom of pan and place coated fish fillets. - Keep marinating for 45 minutes.
- Pour the water to immerse all the fish pieces. Add some “InnduSri” Curry leaves and Cinnamon
quills to the gravy. - Close the lid and cook until the boiling point is under very low heat.
- Open the lid and taste the saltness (add salt as required).
- Open the lid and cook under very low heat until all water evaporated. There should be no
moisture left once finishes.
And now ready to serve and enjoy your dish.
