fish red Curry
Ingredients
- 1KG Fish
- 150g Red Fish Curry Paste "InnduSri"
- Water as required
- Arrange 1Kg of Fish quantity and cut into required size.
- Wash and clean the fish pieces. Open the “InnduSri” Red fish curry Mixer and mix well (150g for
- 1Kg of Fish) and let mixer coat all over the fish fillets.
- Keep marinating for 20 minutes.
- Take a Pan and place all the coated fish and pour water as required.
- Stair slowly and cook until water boils and under medium heat.
- Keep gravy as required.
- Serve hot and enjoy your dish.
